In the wee hours of Saturday morning, I had the opportunity to join The Craft Store live for their morning show. While it was 2am my time, it was actually 10am in the UK. Thankfully both Richard, the presenter and I had plenty of caffeine to make for a delightful show.
Over the course of an hour we chatted about my beginner-friendly nature inspired embroidery kits that are available in The Craft Store shop, as well as, showcased demonstrations for some of the different kits. During the hour we highlighted the Positive Plants kit, the Flowering Cactus Kit, the Holiday Cactus Ornament kit, the Cactus Snow Globe Kit, the Mushroom Trio kit, the Blooming Wildflowers kit, and the Desert Landscape kit. Richard and I chatted about the materials in each kit, highlighting the variations, the high quality beechwood embroidery hoops, the full skeins of DMC embroidery thread, and the water soluble transfer patterns.
Along the way, I showcased how easy it is to transfer one of the four design options in the Positive Plants embroidery kit, how the transfer pattern makes it easy to stitch on dark fabric with the Cactus Snow Globe kit, and how quick and easy the patterns in the Cactus Holiday Ornament kit are to create.
Watch along to see the demos and more details about each kit.
