Embroidered Earrings

Are you a fan of earrings? Learn how to create your own hand stitched pair! Join fiber artist Melissa Galbraith of MCreativeJ for a two-hour hands-on workshop. You can choose from prickly pear cactus, mushroom, or flower designs, or create your own! In this workshop, you’ll learn how to transfer a design, create the radial satin stitch, seed stitch, and running stitch, as well as finish your embroidery in the earring setting. Each participant will receive a full kit that includes peach cotton fabric, a beechwood embroidery hoop, an embroidery needle, full skeins of DMC thread, a transfer pen, a pair of earring settings, and printed instructions.
