Embroidered Lettering

Want to add a cute phrase or snarky saying to your embroidery? Join fiber artist Melissa Galbraith of MCreativeJ for a two-hour, hands-on workshop. We'll cover 5 different beginner-friendly embroidery stitches that are great for stitching lettering, along with tips and tricks to stitch your favorite phrases. Stitches included are the satin stitch, back stitch, whipped back stitch, stem stitch, and reverse chain stitch. Each attendee will receive a full kit with a wooden embroidery hoop, embroidery needle, full skeins of embroidery thread, surprise cotton fabric, transfer pen, and printed instructions.
