Floral Embroidery Basics Workshop

Flower power time! Learn to embroider flowers in this online embroidery basics workshop with fiber artist Melissa Galbraith of MCreativeJ.

This 2-hour, hands-on workshop covers a variety of beginner-friendly embroidery stitches and each attendee will receive a full kit.

Kits are mailed to you and include:

• a wooden embroidery hoop
• floral transfer designs
• embroidery needle
• full skeins of embroidery thread
• a surprise pattern fabric
• backing materials
• printed instructions

A recording of the workshop will be available after class.

About the instructor:

Melissa Galbraith is the fiber artist behind MCreativeJ. She was born and raised in the desert of Washington state, where her mother instilled a love of making things by hand at an early age. Melissa enjoys making physical works of art, playing with colors, and creating texture. She draws inspiration from the desert and plants to create whimsical and modern fiber art. Melissa loves sharing her skills with others through Pattern Club and both online and in-person workshops.
