Want to Embroider Unconventional Flowers?

Walking around my neighborhood, I love seeing things come into bloom. Many of my neighbors have lovely planned gardens full of vibrant flowers. While I originally had high hopes for my own garden, I have quickly come to realize that I am not a gardener.

Instead, my garden is filled with what I fondly refer to as unconventional flowers- aka weeds.

Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between weeds and flowers when they're in bloom. And surprisingly some plants that are often referred to as wildflowers are actually weeds. I'm looking at you daisies!

Unconventional Flowers is my latest peel stick and stitch pattern pack that pays homage to some of the beautiful flowering weeds from my garden and around my neighborhood. Now you can embroider unconventional flowers too!

This pattern pack is filled with 7 botanical designs that includes dandelions, clover, thistle, chickweed, speedwell, purple loosestrife, and fleabane botanical designs. Designs range in size from 2x3.5 inches to 3.25x5 inches. The patterns are water soluble designs that can be embroidered on fabric in a hoop or on clothing.

What are Peel Stick and Stitch Patterns?

Peel Stick and Stitch patterns are like water soluble stickers. They are single use designs that can be stuck on to the front of fabric. Then you can stitch over the pattern. After the design is stitched, the pattern washes away with warm water, leaving just the embroidery.

Peel Stick and Stitch patterns make it easy to transfer a design onto any material, especially clothing. They give the fabric additional structure and stability when you're stitching. Plus, after they're washed away, you'll never know what was stitched and what wasn't because you'll only see the lovely embroidery on the fabric.
