Join the Textural Terrarium Stitch Along with Pattern Club!

Earlier this year I hosted the Stained Glass Sampler stitch along. I loved sharing how to create different embroidery stitches and seeing all the stitches from everyone who joined in the stitch along. It was so much fun that I decided we should do another! For the month of October, you can join me for the Textural Terrarium stitch along.

Do you want to learn new embroidery stitches? Join MCreativeJ Pattern Club in our stitch along! You'll learn 16 different embroidery stitches to create a textural terrarium and finish your design in the hoop. We'll cover everything from placing fabric in the hoop, to transferring the design, how to create each stitch, and how to finish your design in the hoop!

Throughout the month of October, video and step-by-step tutorials will be available right here on the MCreativeJ blog so you can stitch along. New tutorials will go live every other day throughout the month.

To join in the stitching fun, be sure to sign up for Pattern Club and download the Textural Terrarium pattern. Individual patterns will also be available in my Etsy shop starting October 1, 2021. The pattern includes a detailed list of all the materials you'll need to join the stitch along.

Along with the video tutorials, the digital pattern will guide you from start to finish, in creating this textural terrarium design. Each pattern starts with a recommended materials list, then shares how to cut your fabric, place it in the hoop, and offers options for transferring the pattern onto the fabric.

Next the pattern covers how to measure, split, and knot your thread. Then walks you through the design, step by step, to see how each section is created. In each portion of the pattern, I share what stitch is used and how to create that stitch. Finally, you'll learn how to finish your design in the hoop!

With Pattern Club, you'll receive a whimsical and modern digital pattern every month. It's only $10/month and you can adjust your club membership at any time. Still have questions? Read the Pattern Club FAQ.
