June FlossTube: 3D Snail and Sea Life Embroidery Kits, Tutorials, Stumpwork Book Update & More

I'm finally back with another FlossTube video! And I have a bunch of exciting new things to share with you. If you'd like to read all about keep on going here, or if you want to watch me talk all about it, jump on down to my FlossTube.

First up, I have two new 3D stumpwork embroidery kits for you to stitch. The first is Under the Sea- Advanced Embroidery Kit. This kit uses a variety of needle weaving techniques to create raised designs on the fabric for a playful and vibrant underwater scene.

The second new kit is Woodland Snail- Advanced Embroidery Kit. This design uses more traditional stumpwork techniques to creates the raised snail shell and 3D mushrooms for a moody woodland design.

Along with these new kits, I also have a new Stick and Stitch Pattern: Pressed Pennies. This water soluble pattern was inspired by trips with my family and my sister always wanting to get a pressed penny for her collection. My patterns are all nature-inspired designs so you can stitch a mountain, snail, pine tree, berries, and pansy.

More new things- Stitch Videos. I've been diligently adding embroidery stitch video tutorials to my website. Each week I'm releasing a new stitch video on the blog that details a step-by-step photo and video tutorial. I think we're up to 70 stitches and counting so far. If there's a stitch you want added, drop a comment and let me know.

Lastly, I just finished editing my 3rd embroidery book: 3D Botanical Embroidery and Stumpwork. It was really exciting to see all of the projects come together in book format and be able to digitally flip through the pages. You are going to love it! Also the book is slightly shy of 200 pages, so it's a beasty guide full of tutorials and projects. I packed it in for you, so you know it's going to a great reference tool as well as projects you'll want to stitch.
